RESEARCH UNIT 05

Researching real estate securities, digital asset securities, and secondary liquidity.

This unit studies how real estate rights, income rights, debt claims, and asset portfolios can be transformed into compliant, investable, and tradable digital asset securities and exchange infrastructure.

Unit Mission

The mission of this unit is to study how real estate can evolve from an illiquid physical asset into a securitized asset that can be allocated by accredited investors, private funds, family offices, and global capital markets.

Why This Research Matters

Real estate carries enormous value, but high entry thresholds, large ticket sizes, and long exit cycles limit capital liquidity. Without securitization, private markets, and secondary trading mechanisms, real estate cannot become a truly allocatable and tradable capital product.

Research in Digital Asset Securities and Security Exchanges is a critical bridge between MyGo Lab and global capital markets. It enables real estate rights, income rights, debt claims, and asset portfolios to enter private securities, DAS, exchanges, and secondary markets through compliant structures, improving capital entry and exit efficiency.
