MyGo Lab works with banks and financial institutions to move real estate decisions beyond one-time appraisal. Combine AI valuation, property big data, ownership and debt signals, liquidity analysis, portfolio monitoring, and trusted transaction workflows in a bounded institutional pilot.
| Pilot | Partner input | Decision-ready output |
|---|---|---|
| Valuation validation | De-identified sample, current appraisal baseline, asset scope | Coverage, error analysis, exception policy, workflow recommendation |
| Collateral-change monitoring | Defined collateral portfolio and monitored events | Change alerts, risk segmentation, review queue, governance log |
| HNW asset intelligence | Approved customer cohort and permitted fields | Asset profile design, opportunity taxonomy, privacy and usage controls |
| Group intelligence layer | Cross-subsidiary use cases and data owners | Target architecture, shared data model, priority pilot roadmap |
Not by default. The pilot should use the minimum data needed, with de-identification or pseudonymization where feasible. Any use of personal, ownership, credit, or transaction data requires an approved lawful basis, controls, and agreements.
The target architecture can be designed around the institution's security and regulatory requirements. Deployment form, access, retention, connectivity, and audit controls are determined during technical and compliance review.
The recommended positioning is decision support. Models improve coverage, consistency, prioritization, and monitoring while defined cases remain subject to human review and institutional policy.
