The International Regulation unit studies real estate, financial, securities, escrow, RWA, tokenization, and cross-border investment regulations across Taiwan, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, the United States, Thailand, Malaysia, and other markets.
The mission of the International Regulation unit is to build a clear, compliant, and deployable regulatory research foundation for MyGo Lab's cross-border transactions, capital platforms, RWA, DAS, MyEscrow, MyGoSE, and MyGoDeFi.
Once real estate finance enters cross-border, lending, securitization, RWA, tokenization, and exchange scenarios, it is no longer merely a property transaction. It involves financial regulation, securities law, taxation, AML, foreign investment, fund structures, and digital asset regulation.
International Regulation research matters because it determines whether MyGo Lab can safely bring its technology and business models into different markets. Without regulatory research, there can be no deployable cross-border transactions. Without compliant pathways, there can be no institutional capital. Without licensing strategy, there can be no global real estate finance infrastructure.
